Every day for a week we will sit together for 20 minutes and create a habit for the year ahead.
Sessions will begin with a short 5-minute-or-less talk and then we will sit together. The talks will offer clarification on meditation technique, inspiration and motivation, and preparations for sitting such as grounding touch, body scan or breathing exercises.
When you register you will receive Cyndi’s Meditation Field Guide which includes specific instruction for how to practice mindfulness meditation.
It might not be super easy for you to start or even think about starting a dedicated practice. It’s true that we all experience obstacles to doing new things - even things we really want to do.
But once you sit on your cushion you will find that practice takes on its own momentum and your resistance will wither away. In its place, a kind of confidence in yourself, a feeling of loyalty and steadfastness to yourself will arise and this is a great way to step into your new year.
What do you need to get ready? Nothing! Come as you are.
IF YOU CAN’T BE THERE EVERY DAY, NO PROBLEM! This program will also include Chinese translation.
Each day’s session will be recorded and sent out asap that same day. The recordings will be available for 28 days.
