Spiritual refuge offers a path for connecting to the basic goodness of our own body, breath and mind. Cyndi will talk about what refuge means for yogis and how the practice of Sati or Mindfulness helps us develop a personal refuge that can support our daily lives.
This class will include:
* Meditation for focus, awareness and mental nimbleness.
* Pranayama to regulate the nervous system.
* Sustainable Yoga asana to strengthen, stabilize and mobilize the body.
* Guided meditation to open your heart and ground your body.
Each week Cyndi will talk about how to take refuge in body, mind, breath, ground and space.
