Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

Cyndi will offer you specific instructions for how to practice this time-tested technique for developing stability, clarity and strength of mind. She will demystify the practice by unpacking the nuts and bolts of this method as well as share real examples of how this practice relates to the rest of your life.

Meditation is sometimes called “a gathering together.” We will organise our body, breath and mind and gather together with each other. There is a special kind of magic that comes from sitting with a group — even online!

This is a great opportunity for those who are new to meditation or have not had formal meditation instruction or would like to refresh their practice.
