Mindfulness Meditation Mini-Retreat

Something extraordinary happened in August! A group of people from all over the world gathered together. We sat in meditation, practiced pranayama, did delicious stretching and walking meditation, shared our experiences and I gave some dharma talks. We felt a warm and genuine connection with each other even though we were on zoom and it was only ONE HOUR A DAY. Many of the participants have written me that this structure gave them a regular practice and shared how it has positively impacted their everyday lives.

So I am offering another Mindfulness Meditation mini-retreat for 7 days in November. I predict that it will be a perfect time to take an hour of your day to be quiet and grounded. (We will absolutely not talk about politics.) I will give detailed instructions on mindfulness meditation, how to work with thoughts, how to work with emotions, how to have a sense of humor and a kind heart even when it seems impossible. We will start with short meditation sessions and grow them over the week until we are sitting for nearly an hour on the last day.
