Cyndi will introduce the Buddhist teaching of the 4Rs, a contemplative practice to help us review, refresh and resolve. Meditation is sometimes called “a gathering together.” We will organize our body, breath and mind and gather together with each other.  There is a special kind of magic that comes from sitting with a group — even on line!  The benefits of meditation are stability, clarity and strength of mind and you develop these from consistent practice.

This is a great opportunity for those who have not had formal meditation instruction or would like to refresh their practice.  We will have a little bit of time for Q & A, too.  

If you can’t make it every day, just do your best.  All registrants will have access to the videos for 72 hours after each day so you can watch later on the days you can’t be there.

Mindfulness meditation teacher training: level III is for more experienced meditators and meditation teachers who want to work with private students one-to-one.

Level III includes:

– Learn and practice how to work one-on-one with meditation students.

– Practice teaching individuals with feedback from Cyndi.

– Dharma talks emphasising heart practices of lovingkindness, compassion and tonglen (Tibetan form of meditation).

Prerequisite: Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training, Level 2 taught by Cyndi

In order to apply for the level III training, you will need to email hello@triyoga.co.uk to receive an application form. You will then receive an email saying whether you have been accepted or not.

Mindfulness meditation offers a simple yet profound technique to focus and relax at the same time, allowing our true nature to bloom. Join renowned meditation teacher Cyndi Lee and gain in-depth knowledge of meditation. Cyndi teaches shamatha (mindfulness), vipassana (awareness) meditation, and contemplative maitri (loving-kindness) meditation as the foundation for cultivating self-knowledge and confidence in our own goodness, insight, and compassion.

  • Each day will include dharma talks, meditation practice, discussion, and stretching as you

  • Learn the stages on the Buddhist path

  • Explore the Four Noble Truths and how they relate to all of us now

  • Journal, read, and work in small groups

  • Stretch and practice restorative yoga to reawaken stagnant physical energy

Go on walking meditations as a bridge between formal sitting meditation and the more interactive experience of daily life.

This training is recommended for yoga students, yoga teachers, social workers, therapists, school teachers, and leaders in any field. It's open to people who have never meditated before, meditators who would like to deepen and refresh their practice, and those who want to offer meditation instruction.
