Just think if we did this on a regular schedule! That impact would grow and before you know it, you would have your own Mindfulness Meditation practice. So, in 2026, I am offering 6 Mindfulness Meditation mini-retreats. Every other month we will sit together for 20 minutes, 5 days in a row. (except August when we will do 30 min.)

Holiday Mindfulness Mini-Retreat
What better way to ride through these liminal days that end and begin our years. Meditation practice is the perfect vehicle for consciously letting go rather than rejecting, denying or grasping for what once was. Buoyed by the Buddhist practice of Fresh Start, we will step into a new year together, sharing the warmth of community. All this in just 20 minutes a day!

Cyndi will introduce the Buddhist teaching of the 4Rs, a contemplative practice to help us review, refresh and resolve. We will discuss and practice this useful method for growing our practice commitment. Along with meditating, stretching, breathwork and some restorative yoga, we will embody this transitional period with grounding and openness.

This week - between America Thanksgiving and December holidays is the perfect time to stabilize your mind, steady yourself, get grounded. Because we are all busy this online retreat will be just 45 minutes a day. A short dharma talk followed by sitting meditation, stretching and discussion.
